Kidstock! has been a leader in the field of educational theater since 1992 with its signature approach to devising age appropriate theater experiences for students of all ages and experience levels. Students are immersed in the creative rehearsal process by trained arts & education professionals. The result is always a wonderfully special production that reflects each individual onstage, successfully arrived at with communication, coordination and CREATIVITY! This not your cookie cutter stage show!
Deerfield student actors in GRADES 3-4-5 are invited to register - everyone registered will be cast at auditions!
THE SHOWAn original musical exploring the "artistic differences" between the neighboring Van Gogh's Sunflower Farm and the Monet's Water Lily Pond! The opportunity exists for students to play leading roles alongside friends appearing in supporting and ensemble roles!
All students registered will be cast in our production! |
THE SCHEDULEMONDAYS 3:10-5:30
Students must be able to attend all rehearsal days - a specific schedule will dismiss some students at 4:30 on some days. |
STUDENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Kidstock! requires as part of the registration process that both the participating student and the parent agree to a Participation Agreement (see below) that outlines appropriate behavior and acknowledges the commitment to rehearsals. Students who fail to meet the standards outlined in this agreement will unfortunately be excused from their participation with no refund.
STUDENT/PARENT CONTRACT
I understand that being onstage in a show is a team experience that involves making the commitment to be present at rehearsal, be prepared, and be respectful of the process and my fellow cast mates. If I am absent, unprepared or disrespectful it will have consequences not only on my ability to participate fully in the role I was cast but also on the efforts and commitment of my fellow cast mates. Being on a team means everyone is important!

“I can’t thank you enough for the amazing talent and enthusiasm you shared with my child, and indeed that you share with the kids in all your programs. You all created a magical environment in which the kids worked hard, learned a lot, and had fun. We are so fortunate to benefit from the great work you do!” - Jill G, Parent of Cast Member
