​INVITATION - As soon as you confirm your theme we will create a personalized invitation and send it to you email.
  • You may print it to mail or forward it by email to your guests. The RSVPs will go directly to your email.

$100 DEPOSIT - books your party and when you have your RSVPs you will give us your headcount and pay the balance.
  • Party Size A - Up to 16 children attending - additional $425 charged
  • Party Size B - Up to 24 children attending - additional $500 charged
    • ​we will contact you at the beginning of the week of your party to find our your maximum anticipated headcount

INCLUDED IN YOUR PARTY PACKAGE - we take care of everything so you just need to bring your cake and relax!
  • A wonderful Party Director that will create a fun theater experience for your child and their friends
  • Access to our Waiting Room with space for adult guests to gather, sit and eat. Please provide your own paper goods for any food or beverage you serve in the waiting room. (no popcorn or alcohol please!)
  • Costumes, scenery, and props matching your chosen theme to use during the creative dramatic play
  • A Festively Party Room for you to host your guests for pizza and cake will be fully set up with:
    • Tablecloths
    • Plates, Napkins & Plastic Silverware for pizza and cake for both children and adults
    • Bottle of Water for each seated guest
    • Party Hat for each seated guest
    • Access to a cake knife, candles, matches
    • Access to a refrigerator and freezer
    • Counter Space for food and drinks
  • Cheese Pizza slice for every seated guest
  • Special Balloon & Goodie Bag for the Birthday Kid
  • We clean everything up after you leave!

UPGRADES TO CHOOSE FROM - when you confirm your headcount you can add the following to your party
  • Large Cheese Pizza cut into 12 slices (gluten free pizza available) - $15/pizza
  • Large 2 Topping Pizza cut into 12 slices (gluten free pizza available) - $20/pizza
  • Novelty Kidstock! Goodie Bag for each seated guest - $45/party A, $60/party B
  • Multicolored Helium Balloons for each seated guest - $45/party A, $60/party B

CANCELLATION POLICY - if something unexpected happens you can always rebook or cancel if needed

    • within 48 hours of your party?  $25 rebooking fee.
  • Cancel
    • up to 48 hours before your party? $25 cancellation fee
    • within 48 hours of your party? $50 cancellation fee.

  • Food and non alcoholic beverages - please being your own paper goods for this

PLEASE DO NOT BRING - the following items that can create issues with our party
  • Piñatas - we do not have a safe space to hang this festive party activity unfortunately
  • Strollers - fire codes prevent us from having strollers wheeled into the building
  • Alcoholic beverages - we are a child focused facility
  • Popcorn - just too messy to clean up easily between parties
  • Food that needs to be heated - we do not have the ability to warm or keep warm any food​
I already knew Kidstock was great for summer camp and school vacation day camp, but they really knocked it out of the park with my 8 year old's birthday party. The party coordinator was communicative from day one, happy to answer all of my questions. The day of the birthday party, Kidstock took care of everything - setup, entertaining the kids and clean up. The kids really enjoyed putting on a performance together. I can't recommend Kidstock highly enough. - M.Curtis
