|
WHERE IS MY CLASS HELD?
KIDSTOCK! EDUCATION CENTER at 50 Cross Street - this is our main building that is stucco and timber frame
KIDSTOCK! PERFORMANCE THEATER at 40 Cross Street - this is the adjacent building on the left with a circular drive
WHERE DO I PARK?
There is a large parking lot to the right of our building, as well as an additional parking lot to the immediate left of our building behind the adjacent Theater which is easily accessed by the driveway between 40 and 50 Cross St - click here for more info
DO I STAY DURING CLASS?
Our waiting room at 50 Cross Street is open for parents & caretakers who wish to remain onsite during a class.
CAN I OBSERVE MY CHILD IN CLASS?
Most of our classes are conducted in rooms with large viewing windows. We welcome your interest and typically schedule times for parents to join the class, but ask that you respect the class identity and not observe from in the classroom space.
WHAT DOES MY CHILD WEAR?
Comfortable clothes and shoes are best since our classes are very active.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CLASS?
There is no water bubbler on site so if your child tends to be thirsty we encourage you to send a water bottle, but this is not required.
IS THERE A SNACK TIME?
Class does not have a snack time - we are a NUT FREE zone so any nut free snack is to be eaten in the waiting room before class starts.
HEALTH & SAFETY
If your child has an epipen we invite you to leave it with us for the duration of their class each week.
BATHROOMS
There are bathrooms conveniently located at the end of the hallway past our office. Students are able to use these facilities during class, but it is always helpful if everyone has "taken care of business" before class starts. Storystage students will be accompanied to the bathroom by a staff member during class, and all other students will be allowed to go independently.
DO I HAVE TO COME INSIDE TO PICK UP?
All students are dismissed to their parent/caregiver from either our waiting room or the front door of the NextDoor Theater.
If you wish us to allow your child (grades 2 & up) to exit the building unsupervised to find you in your car you must fill out this LIABILITY WAIVER. If your class is held in the NextDoor Theater you can drop off and pick up without parking, but do not arrive early for either of these options since the circular driveway is kept as an active lane and can not accommodate temporary parking.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS GOING TO BE ASBENT?
Please call our office 781 729 5543 or email us at [email protected] if your child is absent.
There are no guaranteed make ups for missed classes and no refunds once a session begins.
