OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Description:
Kidstock! Creative Theater seeks a creative, passionate, self-motivated team player who is excellent at customer service, salesmanship, time management and mutli-tasking for our Office Administrator position. This role also has potential for growth within the company for the right candidate.
Reporting: The Office Administrator will report directly to the Creative Director and is available to assist and support our full time staff with individual projects as well as providing consistent communication between all employees.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Customer Service
Schedule:
Monday-Friday with flexible Saturday availability for limited special events (open houses, performances, community events) with advance notice.
Desired start date:
April 1, 2022
Employment Requirements:
Must be qualified to work in the United States and pass a CORI to be employed.
Compensation: $40,000
Starting benefits include subsidized health insurance, 3 weeks paid vacation, 40 hours earned sick time, and 6 paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day).

- Effective and concise communication with staff and patrons
- Confidence in describing our company and programs
- Understanding of youth arts and education
- Database entry using Filemaker Pro
- Calendar management in Google Drive
- Payment processing through Square
- Management of Registrations
- Email & Communications
- Booking Birthday Parties
- Management of student participation

- 2+ years of experience in an office administration role
- Experience using Apple, Filemaker Pro, Google Docs and Square or similar platforms
- Experience delivering great customer service
- Experience in education, arts, or child care programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Access to independent transportation to fulfill the needs of the position
- Kid-friendly and a team player
