2023-24 SCHOOL YEAR POLICY STATEMENT

REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds or make ups for interruption, cancellation, withdrawal or missed classes once a session begins.  Before a session begins there is a $25 withdrawal fee before tuition is refunded.  Deadline for receiving a refund is Noon on the Friday before the class, program, rehearsal or session begins.  Withdrawals requests must be in writing by email to [email protected].

• There is a nonrefundable $25 School Year Registration Fee for each FAMILY applied to the first Student Registration of the 2023-24 School Year.
• Your participation approves that we occasionally feature our students in promotional & celebratory images.  If we are unable to gather in a theater together and present a live show, some class participation may be recorded and emailed to families as a way to celebrate a final presentation.
• If for any reason it is deemed necessary by Kidstock! to pivot from in person classes to virtual, then your class will be held at the same day and time virtually over zoom and a video of a final presentation will be made if we are unable to present for a public audience for any reason.
