ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL PROCEDURE
  • Our rehearsals all take place at our Performance Center (NextDoor Theater) at 40 Cross Street, directly adjacent to our Education Center at 50 Cross Street.  There is a turn around driveway for easy drop off.  Please park and come to the door for pick up.  Parking is available in the large lot to the right of our Education Center, or behind the Performance Center accessed by the one way alley between our two buildings - the exit from this rear parking lot is from the far corner using the side street Collamore Road.
CAST A - SAT
  • ARRIVAL WINDOW is 1:00-1:15 - do not arrive before 1:00pm
  • DISMISSAL WINDOW is 3:45-4:00 - do not arrive later than 4:00pm
CAST B - SAT
  • ARRIVAL WINDOW is 3:00-3:15 - do not arrive before 3:00pm
  • DISMISSAL WINDOW is 3:45-4:00 - do not arrive later than 4:00pm
CAST D - THU
  • ARRIVAL WINDOW is 3:45-4:00 - do not arrive before 3:45pm or later 4:00pm
  • DISMISSAL WINDOW is 6:30-6:45 - do not arrive before 6:30 or later than 6:45pm

SEVERE WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
  • Please check our website AFTER 11:00 AM on any Saturday or AFTER 2:00 PM on any Thursday with severe weather - we will post any changes in our rehearsal plan to our website homepage.  If we opt to hold rehearsal virtually you will receive an email with your zoom link.

REHEARSAL CLOTHING
  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement - make sure you have sneakers to change into if you wear boots.

WHAT TO BRING
  • Please send your child with a water bottle and NUT FREE snack.
  • Students may wish to bring a book for when they are not onstage rehearsing.
  • Each child should bring their script with them every week.
    • ​Scripts will be handed out at the third rehearsal.

WHAT NOT TO BRING
  • Cell Phones or other electronic devices - there will be absolutely NO cell phones out and in use at rehearsal
